A community-based athletics club for Little Athletes aged from three to 17, operating out of Campbell Athletic Field in Canterbury, the club hosts competitions run each Friday night from 6pm, starting September 9 through to March.
Little Athletes also have an opportunity to compete at one of the many championships run by Little Athletics NSW throughout the season, with three Canterbury U12 boys recently bringing home a gold medal for their team effort in the LANSW State Cross Country and Road Walks Championships in Penrith.
“Congratulations to Khalil and Taj for placing third in U11 and U12 Boys and to Taj, Sebastian and Qasim for their Gold U12 Boys Team medal,” a CLAC spokesperson said.
“How great is it when we can achieve our personal best while having so much fun at the same time.
“Little Athletics provides the opportunities for young people to grow not only as athletes but on a personal level.

OFFERING fun, fitness and friendship over spring and summer, Canterbury Little Athletics Centre (CLAC), affiliated with Little Athletics NSW, is now registering athletes for the 2022-23 season.
