Teen facing murder counts for role in father, son killing

A TEENAGER is facing two counts of murder over his alleged role in the shooting deaths of a father and son at Guildford in 2021.

The 18-year was charged last Thursday with two counts of murder and one count of participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
Toufik, 64, and Salim Hamze, 18, were allegedly shot in a brazen daylight shooting while sitting in a parked ute outside a property in Osgood Street, just before 9am.
Salim died at the scene, while Toufik died on the way to hospital.
Two men aged 20 and 25 have previously been charged over their alleged roles and remain before the courts.
Police will allege in court the man was involved in planning and coordination of the murder.
