Best players score awards over effort

JEREMY Marshall-King has won the Bulldogs’ Player of the Year Award.

Canterbury-Bankstown held their Presentation Night at Doltone House, Darling Island, to mark the end to the NRL season, with more than 450 guests featuring players, partners, corporate partners and members.
Marshall-King ran out for Canterbury-Bankstown in all 24 matches this season.
The Bulldog’s centurion was a cornerstone for the club’s forward pack, possessing a strong running game from dummy half, and was consistent with putting his side on the front foot with his darting runs.
Other awards and winners were: Coaches Award, Max King; Rookie of the Year, Jacob Kiraz; Members Player of the Year, Matt Burton; Community Service Award, Raymond Faitala-Mariner; NSW Cup Player of the Year, Jackson Topine; and Jersey Flegg Player of the Year, Bailey Hayward.
