If the kids prefer to be active and moving around, join Joey’s Kids Bootcamp on Wednesday, October 2, for a 40 minute session which includes body weight circuits, speed agility drills, co-ordination and flexibility activities, and fun games. Participants should wear comfortable clothes, running shoes, bring a water bottle and be ready to have fun.
There are two different time sessions depending on the age of the child: 11am for 9-12 years and 12pm for 5-8 years.

The First Aid for Kids course on Thursday, October 3, is a hands-on workshop, run by qualified trainers and developed to cater for kids aged 4 to 12 years. It’s practical, fun and covers skills like calling 000, CPR, recovery position, asthma, poisons and stings.
Bring out your child’s creative side as they learn how to decorate cupcakes and make their very own slice of rocky road at the Kids Sweet Treat Party on Wednesday, October 9. In this class, kids will learn how to pipe and decorate cupcakes and follow a Rocky Road recipe from Canterbury Executive Chef Stephanie Azar.
The Kids Disco with DJ Kit Kat, on Thursday, October 10, is also a popular choice for kids wanting to dance.
